Information & Assistance

If you need further assistance finding the right resource then feel free to contact our Community & Information

Your community’s Outreach Specialists put a world of resources within your reach—for free. Each year, hundreds of King County residents age 60 or more trust our knowledgeable Specialists to listen with care and to find solutions that really work.  You can even depend on Outreach to respond to your urgent needs—we will advocate on your behalf.

Our reputation for excellence within our neighborhoods precedes us. You might see us chatting with your neighbors at a community festival or visiting with local business owners and social service organization staff.  In fact, community and business leaders often support our search for solutions.

Ready to speak with an Outreach Specialist? We can visit with you by phone, email, or face-to-face.  Call us to arrange a home visit or to make an appointment at either of our local senior centers. Your neighborhood’s Specialist may be no more than a few blocks away, & walk-ins are welcome.
