CASC Trip Policies
*Please sign up for trips 1 week in advance (or otherwise noted) for scheduled trips so that the center can determine if there are enough people interested in going.
Trips with less than 5 people signed up will be canceled and those who have already signed up will be notified. *There are only 13 seats available on the van so signing up early guarantees you a seat! *We would like to encourage people to pay for their trip on Friday before the trip is scheduled. This helps speed up the check-in process on the morning of the trip.
*There is a suggested $2 tip upon boarding for the volunteer van driver for each trip. *Please make sure that you have the van driver’s cell phone number so that you can call her/him if you are running late to meet the van to return to the center.
